We’re hiring 2nd Year Sponosred Plumbing Apprentices to join our growing team in Naperville, IL and help us continue delivering service homeowners can rely on.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Licensed Plumbers on residential service calls
- Assist with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems
- Help install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and other plumbing equipment
- Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance under proper supervision
- Learn troubleshooting techniques, plumbing codes, and safe work practices
- Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicles clean and organized
- Provide professional and courteous service in customers’ homes
- Participate in ongoing training and hands-on learning
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years on a sponsored card through an approved plumbing apprenticeship program
- Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and materials
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow direction and work alongside experienced plumbers
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in residential environments and confined spaces
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with tablets or mobile dispatch software is a plus
- Ability to successfully complete our hiring process, including background checks, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
