We’re hiring licensed Residential Plumbers to join our growing team in Naperville, IL and help us continue delivering service homeowners can rely on.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
- Perform plumbing inspections and troubleshoot problems
- Service and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, sump pumps, sewer lines, and other residential plumbing systems
- Explain findings and recommended repairs to homeowners
- Complete service calls safely, accurately, and efficiently
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow Illinois plumbing codes and company safety standards
- Work with dispatch and management to keep the day running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Active State of Illinois Plumbing License
- 4+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your day
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using tablets or mobile dispatch software
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment as needed
- Ability to successfully complete our hiring process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
