Positions We’re Looking to Fill:
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems
Perform plumbing inspections and identify appropriate solutions
Service, repair, and install water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, sump pumps, sewer lines, and other residential plumbing systems
Complete residential plumbing installations and assigned service calls safely and efficiently
Explain findings, available options, and recommended repairs or replacements to homeowners
Identify opportunities for plumbing repairs, replacements, and system upgrades
Deliver friendly, professional customer service
Work independently and manage assigned service calls or installation projects
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle
Complete work in accordance with Illinois plumbing codes and company safety standards
Communicate with dispatch and management throughout the day
Qualifications:
Active State of Illinois Plumbing License required
4+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and/or installation experience
Confidence and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable discussing plumbing solutions and recommendations with homeowners
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable using tablets and mobile dispatch technology
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment as needed
Ability to successfully complete the hiring process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
