What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, replace, and install residential plumbing
- Clearly communicate solutions and pricing to homeowners
- Use ServiceTitan for scheduling and job documentation
- Deliver professional, high‑quality service on every call
What You Need
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer.
- Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC systems (air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork).
- HVAC certification and/or relevant technical training (EPA Certification, NATE certification, etc.).
- Clean driving record required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service and fostering positive relationships.
- Ability to lead and work with a team to ensure high-quality installations
